Welcome . Web version The Long Island Ice Tea The Long Island Ice Tea is my favorite cocktail, somehow people don't make it anymore.  The real Long Island Ice Tea should taste exactly like lemon ice tea. You need a lot of fresh lemons and ice to shake.  One Part: Vodka One Part: Gin One Part Tequila One Part: Triple Sec One Part: Rum Syrup Coke Soda Ice Fresh Lemon Juice Garnish: Lemon Wedge The Long Island Ice Tea   Beef Bourguignon (Red Wine Beef Stew) Giovanna Sun’s Recipe   Sauté the bacon for 5 minutes and leaves the bacon oil to pan-fry beef. Sauté garlic and onion and add eggplants, olives, mushroom, tomatoes,and carrots to stir-fry. Move all vegetables and beef into a pot and add half bottle of red wine and tomato paste, flours, boil and turn to simmer, add broth and stew for 2-4 hours.   Ingredients: 1/2 bottle of Red Wine -Cabernet Sauvignon Or Syrah One can of Coke Beef brisket, cut. Bacon Mushroom Eggplants Garlic Bay leaves Onions Carrots Olives Tomatoes Tomato Paste Chicken or Beef Broth Flour Black pepper Salt Tips: Add some coke to make the beef tender and add the favor of sweetness.
